TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR 2012:- 30 kg/66 lbs

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR 2013:- 3.5 kg/7.5 lbs

Six days have whizzed by. Today I'm up-dating my weight stats.

Last Tuesday, 26th I had another fasting blood so nothing but water until after mid-day. Lunch was welcome and filling. I am fed up with feeling fastigue so had another test to see how I am with things like potassium.

I would like to blame low blood sugars but that is very stable staying between 3.5 and 5.9 for an average of 5.1 over the last month. Most readings were in the 4.5 to 5.0 region. There is no history of diabetes in our family so that is not my problem.

Monday 4th March. The last day I tracked my meals. Since then I've had a 40 hour fast, gone coffee free and lost some weight.
I'm still shakey at times. Will pick up my blood test results tomorrow or Wednesday. Otherwise I'm fine, lethargic, no energy,  I've also had some gut pains in the last few days but that seems to be settling down now. I've gone back to having my trusty berry smoothie for breakfast. I add in about 10 ml of Norwegian cod liver oil and am tolerating it well. The lemon flavout is the only one I like.

It is beginning to look as though I need to be satisfied with loosing an average of 1 kg or a little over 2 pounds a month. I guess I can be satisfied with that because it's not going the wrong way.

Breakfast:- Water

Lunch: Caesar salad. I forgot to tell them no croutons but it was easy enough to pick them out.

Dinner:- Sausages and fresh tomatoes sizzled in butter.

Snacks:- Rice crackers, camembert, tomato and a couple of olives.

Drinks:- Water x 3
Flavoured Tea Infusions x 0
Cream coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5lt or 5 - 6 cups large *yes/no*

Exercise:- Walk or Cross-trainer Swim  *yes*

12th January, 2013 ..... another med change by self. I only take Accupril occasionally if at all. Still on Plendil 2.5mg until BP checked. Resumed Accupril for now. BP was creeping up. last reading
