0/31 DAYS DELIBERATE or SIGNIFICANT FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR 2013:- 6.5 kg/14 lbs
The last few weeks have seen my eating become quite erratic, with the addition of icecream, more coffee, gluten free bread and extra sugar, bananas and other et ceteras. Some days were quite good, others terrible. I fluttered in and out of ketosis. There was no measuring, no fussing over ratios or portion sizes or calories. I am looking forward to getting into my weight loss mode once more although weight loss is no longer as important to me as being sufficiently low carb to feel great. Right now 8.30 pm, I am off to bed. The alarm went off at 4.45 am. We arrived at our house about 4.30 pm. In between we had a 30 minute drive to Christchurch airport; 1 hour 45 minute flight; breakfast at Rotorua airport where we were picked up by our son; 4 hour drive to Whitianga; shopped for groceries: visit and coffee with our daughter before the final 20 minute drive home. It's been a long day but quite nice too. If I don't get into bed I just might eat the walls and this is not a gingerbread house. It's just as well there are no cakes or biscuits around. I am not looking forward to checking out the scales tomorrow. It usually takes me a couple of days to recover properly from a day of travelling. I have a plan but first I must recover.

January:- 1.5 kg/3 lbs
February:- 2 kg/5 lbs
March:- + 1 kg/2 lbs
April:- 3 kg/7 lbs
June:- 1 kg/2 lbs
July:- NC ........NEW SCALES aprox 1 kg heavier than old ones but more accurate.
August:- + 800 gm/ 2 lbs September:- Away from home. Last home weigh in September 81.6 suggests I lost 200 gm October:-
