Breakfast:- 2 large cups Coffee with cream and coconut oil

Later:- 1/2 - 3/4 cup nuts etc, plain Greek Yoghurt

Later:-

Tea:-   Steak. rice cracker, cream cheese and pickled onion

Snack:-  piece of Lindt dark choc.

Drinking Twinings lemon and Ginger or water

Activity:- Very sleepy Another TV day.

Walking:- 0

Everything is as expected except weight. Not sure why that is but I was incredibly tired yesterday and nodded off a few times. I also have background headache... maybe sinus and had some acid reflux. Today I'm medicating both.

Breakfast:- 2 large cups Coffee with cream and coconut oil

Later:- 1/2 - 3/4 cup nuts etc, plain Greek Yoghurt

Later:-  Mixed Platter of raw veges, pickled onion, olives and camembert

Tea:-     Cauliflower Gratin

Snack:-  1 sq Lindt dark

Drinking Twinings lemon and Ginger or water + XS

Activity:- Watching TV Cooked tea for family

Walking:- 0

Tea:- Chicken leftovers

Snack:- M&Ms

Activity:- Tidy up for cleaners

Weight:-    95.9  (That's a bit of a shock. Possibly due to eating 4 slices of Burgen soy and linseed in the form of ham and lettuce sandwiches for tea last night.)

Shared Ploughmans Platter and cappuccino at Tannery

2 big sandwiches

Drinking lemon and Ginger or water + 1 can XS

Activity:- Dr. Tannery, Eastgate Library and Countdown Pharmacy.
