25.5 min = 5.5 km Started slow ended fast. Only 15 km to reach months goal. I might change it to 75 km or more. There are only 7 days left this month and I am unlikely to get on the cross-trainer every one of those days. I'll decide in a couple of days when I know whether we are going to Thames this week or not.
