I'm becoming a Noom Nerd. I feel more in control and hopeful about my general health for a long time. I've had a lot if the old ME symptoms return. I have been feeling guilty about my lack of motivation. The Psych stuff on Noom is helping me a lot and I'm slowly working my way out of the mess I was in. In addition I've lost 2 kg in the 4 weeks I've been following and recording. Noom is primarily a weight-loss program but I'm finding it more of a lifestyle improver. It's probably working better than an expensive Personal Lifestyle Coach would be.
My current weight 89.3kg,
My Noom goal is 85.6 ...,,,,,, 4kg to go by March 10th (4weeks)
My lowest weight in the last 40 years or more was 79.5kg probably 10 years ago. I will keep Nooming until I have at least reached that weight although my true goal today is to be 70kg. I think that's appropriate for my health and age.
The Noom app is on my phone and doesn't seem to be available on my laptop. I guess I'll check in here once a month as long as I'm Nooming.
