Yesterday's Food and Activity
Felt quite unwell and kept dozing off... ?Keto Flu but most likely dehydration and electrolyte imbalance Note to self to get some electrolyte sachets just in case It happens again.
Breakfast:- water. 2 slices of thin Vogel bread toasted with butter and marmite
Later:- Drink of XS and plate of pickled onions, olives, cream cheese and Peckish crackers.
Tea:- Steak with a few roasted potato and carrot sticks
Snack:- smoosh balls
Drinking Twinings lemon and Ginger or water + XS
Activity:- Afternoon Spa with Ava
Walking:- 0
