Lunch: Omelet with peanut butter, seemed like an odd combination but that's what I felt like and went down well.

10 minutes cross-trainer = 1.75 km Pathetic but I am trying to nurse my knee along into full recovery and do not want to put any strain on it. It was really hard to discipline myself to 10 minutes at a time when I felt as though I could go on forever even with my nasty cold.
