I have updated the above chart I work of because I've been eating around 1250 calories a day. It's difficult to eat so few carbs because I like veggies. I expect to increase carbs/veggies once i am settled in ketosis.

Too many carbs, not enough fat, calories seem exrtra low for guestimate.
