Today is day two of two days on higher calories. 1250 with a ratio of 6% carbs: 24% protein: 70% fats.
Fasting Blood ketones = 2.7 my target is 1.5

Breakfast:- Keto coffee
Lunch: Yoghurt etc. HB egg.
Dinner:- Beef Casserole
Snacks:- HB egg, Slice of freshly made Fat Bread, Camembert. A couple of pieces of crackling.
I feel as though I'm eating a ton of food.
Drinks:- Water x 0
Flavoured Tea Infusions x 4
Black Coffee x 2
Coconut Coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5lt or 5 - 6 cups large *yes/no*
Exercise:- Walk or Cross-trainer *yes/no*
An hour of gardening. Lots of baking

Today's weigh in:- 81 kg .. .another 200 gm gone . John weighed in at 77.5 kg. Will I ever catch and pass him.
