Fasting Blood ketones = 0.5 my target is 1.5 ...... need to check out what I am doing.

Breakfast:- Black coffee Not hungry. In fact do not feel wonderful at all. Very sluggish but that could be due to a poor night's sleep.
Lunch: Omelette with brie and olives
Dinner:- Yoghurt with berries, cream and CLO
Snacks:- Fat bomb

Flavoured Tea Infusions x 2

Coconut Coffee x 0
