Lunch:- Cheese, celery, gherkin etc
Dinner:- Frittata, salad.
Snacks:- Almonds, dates.
Drinks:- Water andFlavoured Tea Infusions x 2
Black Coffee x 2 Coconut creamy Coffee x 4
Notes:- Stopped recording last weekend when at beach house. Getting back on track. Not happy about all the coffee but this pattern works for me.
